A dedicated and strong team is essential for successfully organizing an event of this scale
A dedicated and strong team is essential for successfully organizing an event of this scale. Therefore, every year we constitute two primary teams:
- Organizing Committee
- Reception Committee
Since the theme of this year's event is "Kutumb Prabodhan", the names of the committees have been aligned accordingly.
1. Aayojan Parivar (Organizing Committee)
This committee (Parivar) is fully responsible for planning, structuring and executing the event. It consists of distinguished members of society who feel connected to the objectives of the programme and who actively contribute their talent and experience to ensure its effective implementation. This committee is constituted annually.

2. Swagat Parivar (Reception Committee)
This structure is proposed with the purpose of ensuring proper protocol, courtesy and hospitality for eminent personalities from the government and society who participate throughout the day to share their guidance and address the gathering. Through this committee, respected individuals may also associate with us in a way that provides financial and moral support, strengthening the event. The number and designation of members will remain the same as in the Aayojan Parivar.
3. Margadarshak Mandal (Advisory Council)
Given the vastness and long-term vision of this event, several eminent personalities from social, religious, and political spheres guide us from time to time. Among them, selected distinguished individuals will be officially included in the Advisory Council. All members will serve in an honorary capacity.
4. Swami Vivekananda Award Selection Committee
This committee will comprise 4 members, including:

The committee will function independently and objectively for the selection of awardees.
5. Core Group
Due to the busy schedules of committee members and the need for quick decision-making on day-to-day changes, administrative matters and evolving requirements, a dedicated 24/7 Core Group will be constituted. This group will be responsible for continuous monitoring and swift decision-making throughout the event process.
